Drs. Mukta and Shivakumar Hendi have been active members of Hoysala Kannada Sangha of Delaware (HKS) since its inception. Currently the President of the Hoysala Kannada Sangha of Delaware, Shivakumar Hendi along with Mukta Hendi have been instrumental in documentation necessary for the Organizational structure and procuring the Non Profit status for HKS. The Hendis thank the unstinting support by all the members and constant help by Deepak Budaguppe, Dilip Devanahalli, Prof. Nandakumar and Prasad Hoskere in particular.
